As State Manager for Victoria, Belinda leads our VIC, TAS and SA operations from our Melbourne office, providing our full range of writing, coaching, consulting and corporate services, including Résumés, Cover Letters, Selection Criteria Responses, LinkedIn Profiles, Job Application Advice & Guidance, Job Search Strategy Development and Interview Skills Training from Graduate/Early Career Level through Middle Management to Senior Executive Levels.
Belinda began her career as a recruitment consultant then moved on to human resources management, where she had a successful career in the USA, South Africa and Australia before building her own business in Victoria. She has extensive employer-side experience of the creation and management of recruitment programmes as well of the assessment and evaluation of applicants' résumés, the design and conducting of interviews and the selection of candidates for employment. In short - a lot of insider knowledge! Belinda specialises in building career documents and providing executive coaching to ensure that her clients get the very best out of their careers. Her recruitment experience ranges from senior executives to graduates and she has particularly deep knowledge of the tourism, healthcare, hospitality and retail industries.
A long-term resident of the Mornington Peninsula (where she ran her own HR Consulting business), she can also provide you with the high quality service Résumé Right is known for without you having to travel into our Melbourne city office. By prior arrangement Belinda is able to arrange a face-to-face consultation at a convenient location in Dandenong, Frankston, Hastings, Mornington, Dromana, Seaford or anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula.
Belinda holds a Master in Business (Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
