This is available either via telephone/videoconference or face-to-face at our offices by appointment. We give practical, real-world advice and guidance based on years of experience of assessing job applicants and career development candidates. In their earlier roles, our Consultants were the people conducting the interviews and making the hiring decisions, so their experience is invaluable in giving you hard facts and tips to help you advance your career. We do not give generic, training manual, management-speak training sessions: this is very practical and specific coaching tailored to your needs. It will make a real difference to your career success.

Specific steps and guidance to shape and optimise your career. This can range from early-stage planning for graduates to practical advice on becoming a head-hunt target for senior executives. Likely topics will include building short and long term plans, positioning for promotion, planning the next employment change and how to make yourself an invaluable hire. How to work the job market to your advantage and maximise your chances of success. It is a complex process and there are a lot of pitfalls and hurdles, but you can make it work for you, not against you. Every role you apply to will involve competition - frequently very fierce competition. You need to get noticed and you need to get on the 'considered for interview' list. A great resume and cover letter (and if necessary selection criteria responses) are essential, but there is a lot more to it than that. We can show you how.Interview coaching & training

Career change can be something you have always dreamed of or can be forced upon you by circumstances beyond your control. Either way, it is not easy to do. There are specific steps that you need to go through; planning and research that needs to be done. Our advice will enable you to structure the process, to actually make it happen and to achieve the success you deserve.We usually build a personal coaching/training programme of a number of sessions over a specific time-frame to maximise the benefit for our clients. The key point is that we tailor our services to your needs, so will take care to fully explore what your specific requirements are. As a guide, our fee range for in-office face-to-face coaching services are:
Early Career: $220 per hour (less than five years work history)
Mid Career: $300 per hour (more than five years work history)
Senior Career: $400 per hour (senior management, executive and professional level)
Sessions are usually conducted at our CBD offices, but other arrangements can be made to suit you. These services are also frequently bought by our corporate and government clients as part of a staff career transition programme.
