Brigitte de Boer - Resume Writer & Consultant

Brigitte has worked as an Human Resources professional for over 20 years, including a career with a big-four global consulting firm where she rose to Senior Manager of Human Resources and more recently as General Manager Human Resources in the Chartered Accounting profession. Brigitte has designed and led top-talent recruitment programmes and understands what is required by an organisation in selecting the right people for the right position and in retaining and developing key staff.  With that, Brigitte is highly skilled in identifying what it takes to accurately position and align a job applicant to a particular position and/or organisation. Brigitte's experience covers Australia, Europe and the UK and she has managed and led HR activity in recruitment, performance management, staff development, policy and strategy. Sarah Fletcher – Resume Writer & Consultant

Sarah has more than 15 years experience in the recruitment/executive search sector in the Melbourne and Sydney markets in both boutique and international blue-chip recruitment firms.  She has worked with job candidates ranging from graduates to senior executives and has assessed and prepared thousands of resumes in her career.  In addition to tailored one-off assignments, Sarah has experience with large-scale campaigns including graduate induction programmes and the on-site management of recruitment for employers, giving her particular skills in matching your resume to an organisation's culture and corporate identity as well as ensuring the best representation of your fit to a job in terms of your achievements, skills and abilities. Just as importantly, she has first-hand knowledge of how employers assess job applicants and is well placed to use that knowledge to your advantage.

Sarah has worked with government and corporate employers across a wide range of disciplines including sales and marketing, human resources, administration, senior management and finance and banking.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University. Prior to her move into recruitment she worked in the professional services sector.

Anna Grillo - Resume Writer & Consultant

Anna has over seven years experience in Human Resources in the professional services sector, particularly focusing on talent identification, employee development, team building and working with senior managers to get the best out of their teams. Her experience covers human capital resource planning, performance management, HR policy, change management and executive mentoring in addition to working on recruitment and employee induction programmes. She has first-hand knowledge of what sort of people succeed in what sort of organisation and structure and applies that to her work as a Consultant.

Belinda Rodman - Resume Writer & Consultant

Belinda began her career as a recruitment consultant before moving on to human resources management, where she had a successful career in the USA, South Africa and Australia before building her own business in operations and change management consulting in Victoria. She has extensive employer-side experience of the creation and management of recruitment programmes as well of the assessment and evaluation of applicants' resumes, the design and conducting of interviews and the selection of candidates for employment. In short - a lot of insider knowledge! Belinda specialises in building career documents that align to job descriptions and company  requirements  and will get the very best out of your applications.

Her HR experience also covers human capital management,  training, development, HR policy and strategy and change management and she has particularly deep knowledge of the healthcare, hospitality and retail industries.
